All recyclable material brought in from the Commercial and Residential Curbside Recycling Pick-Up will be weighed in upon arrival. The total number of pounds of material brought in each week will be paid to a charity, non-profit or club in Greene County that is selected to receive the donation that week.
A donation will be given to a local charity, non-profit or club in Greene County based on the total number of pounds of material brought in each week. The current rate is $5/ton. Pricing for these recyclable items will fluctuate with the markets.
